We have been on the Panel of the then United Oriental Assurance handling cases involving bodily injury, fatal claims to serious complex cases and cases involving fraud.
We have a team specially involved in third party claims comprising of our Head of Department, Dato’ S. M. Karunananthan and assisted by our manager for third party claims, Ms.Leela Muthulingam.
We have resisted claims involving Fraud, ie whether it is done knowingly or intentionally or whether its deliberately inflating claims or where no claims have occurred at all or false incidences or where information disclosed is untruthful.
We will normally advice the Insurance Company to appoint Adjusters wherein we will instruct the Adjusters to investigate the facts and circumstances surveillance leading to Exaggerated Claims, Fraudulent Third Party liability claim and all suspicion claims.
We will then advice our client to resist the claim in accordance with the results of our assessment.
